The Guild of Community Development Advocates in Akwa Ibom State (AKGCODA) serves as the collective voice of civil society organisations across Akwa Ibom State. Since its establishment, the Forum has worked to strengthen citizen participation, promote transparent governance, build organisational capacity, and foster partnerships that improve the lives of communities.
Our network brings together organisations working in governance, gender equality, youth development, environmental sustainability, health, education, social accountability, and community empowerment.

AKGCODA operates through a democratic governance framework guided by its Constitution, Code of Conduct, and approved operational procedures. The Forum maintains transparency and accountability through elected leadership, regular meetings, and member participation.
The Akwa Ibom Guild of Community Development Advocates (AKGCODA) is the recognised umbrella body for civil society organisations in Akwa Ibom State.
